Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ShopNFreight's platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ShopNFreight.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ShopNFreight's platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Services
ShopNFreight provides international package forwarding, consolidation, and delivery services. We offer overseas warehouse addresses in China, Turkey, and the UAE, allowing customers to shop from international stores and have purchases delivered to their local addresses. Our Services include shipment tracking, package consolidation, customs assistance, and related logistics services.
3. User Accounts
To access most of our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. ShopNFreight reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Prohibited Items
You agree not to ship any prohibited, restricted, or illegal items through our Services. This includes but is not limited to: narcotics or controlled substances, weapons and ammunition, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, live animals, perishable foods without prior arrangement, and any items prohibited by applicable laws in the origin or destination country. ShopNFreight reserves the right to refuse, return, or dispose of any prohibited shipments at the customer's expense.
5. Shipping Charges and Payments
Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual or volumetric weight of your package, whichever is greater, using a divisor of 5,000 cm³/kg for air freight. All quoted prices are estimates; final charges are determined upon receipt of your package at our warehouse. Payments must be made in full before shipments are dispatched. ShopNFreight accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and supported digital payment methods. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Customs and Import Duties
Customers are solely responsible for compliance with all customs regulations and for payment of any applicable import duties, taxes, and fees in the destination country. ShopNFreight will assist with documentation but does not guarantee customs clearance and is not liable for delays or additional costs due to customs inspection or seizure. You must accurately declare the contents and value of all shipments.
7. Liability Limitations
ShopNFreight's liability for loss, damage, or delay of any shipment is limited to the lesser of the declared value or USD $100 per shipment, unless additional insurance coverage has been purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Force majeure events — including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions — release ShopNFreight from liability for service failures.
8. Insurance
Basic coverage of up to USD $100 is included with all shipments. Additional insurance is available for purchase at the time of shipment declaration. Claims must be filed within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. ShopNFreight requires photographic evidence of damage for all claims. Insurance does not cover items prohibited under Section 4 or items that violate destination country regulations.
9. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body.
11. Changes to Terms
ShopNFreight reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an announcement on our website or sending an email to registered users. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
